Training sessions are offered at every level. Sessions are limited to 15 clients, so everyone gets the individual attention they need.

Team Training – 1 Hour Sessions
Monday - Thursday
5pm - 6:30pm
The emphasis of team training is working on functionality, mobility, cardio, and strength training. You are welcome to join us the full five days a week or you can pick fewer days if that is what best fits your schedule. Prices are on a monthly basis, or you can do a daily drop-in fee. You are welcome to join us for your one hour training session at any time during the team training hours. The last session Monday – Thursday begins at 7pm and Friday the last session begins at 5:30pm.

Semi-Private sessions are personal, individual focused on your own personal fitness goals in a small group setting of no more than five training clients per hour. You are welcome to join us five times a week or you can pick fewer days if that is what best fits your schedule. Prices are on a monthly basis. You are welcome to join us for your one hour training session at any time during the semi-private training hours (one session per day)

Individual Training Sessions
Hours depend on client availability and individualize plan.
Training time is one hour long.
You pick when you want to use your sessions.
Individual training sessions focus on your own personal fitness goals and are a one-on-one training session with a trainer. Individual training sessions can be purchased in groups of 4 or 10 session packages. Once you buy a package, you can use them as you would like. As an example: You may choose to come one time a week, twice a week, or once a month.
1 - 3 one hour sessions
$75 an hour
4 – 9 one hour sessions
$60 an hour, paid in advance
10+ hour sessions
$50 an hour, paid in advance
All of our trainers are NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
